1. OPENING AND WELCOME

Sean (President) will commence the welcome to the CODA's 2025 AGM.

2. APOLOGIES AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE

Sean (President) will announce the apologies and leaves of absences.

3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

• Merch approval by USU will be discussed
• Merch sales and administration will be discussed
• Lina (events manager) discuss upcoming events for the remainder of the semester

4. ANNUAL REPORTS – accompanied by a slide show

Sean (President) will commence President's Report. Discussing the success of CODA events this year, what worked well, what needed improvement and recommendations on how to improve for the incoming executives.

Joseph (Treasurer) will run through the Treasurer's Report, outlining the finances and expenditures made by CODA this term.

5. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer: Jessica Chen (outgoing vice president)

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

 President

 Secretary

 Treasurer

 Vice President

 Events Manager

7. GENERAL BUSINESS

i) Nomination of Bank Signatories

ii) Trading of passwords and access to gmail, canva and instagram accounts

8. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

Next meeting will be the Executive Handover, date and time will be discussed during meeting between outgoing and incoming executives.

Sean (president) will congratulate incoming members and close the meeting
