3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of the Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

• 1x Events Director
• 1x Publicity Director
• 1x Arts Director
• 1x Pokemon watcher (photographer)
• 1x Handover role position
• 4x General Executives

Individuals may nominate themselves for any of the listed positions during the meeting. If more people nominate themselves than there are positions available, each nominee will have up to 1 minute to briefly state why they are suited for the role. After all nominees have spoken, members will vote to elect the successful candidate(s).

5. GENERAL BUSINESS

a. Discussion on upcoming and potential events, including:

• i. Planning details for scheduled events
• ii. How the following events will be organised and run
• iii. Ideas for additional events the club may wish to host in the future iv. Allocation of responsibilities and resources for event execution
