International Accounting Career Panel

The University of Sydney Accounting Society (ASOC) is proud to present the

‘International Accounting Career Panel’, a dedicated event aimed at empowering

international students to navigate career pathways in Australia’s accounting

industry.

This panel will feature recent international graduates and early-career

professionals who have secured roles at Big 4 and have completed professional

qualifications such as the CPA or CA. Panellists will share their unique journeys,

offer tips on overcoming challenges as international students, and provide

practical insights into internships, graduate roles, and the value of professional

accreditation.

The panel discussion will be followed by a live Q&A and an informal networking

session, offering students the opportunity to connect directly with speakers and

peers. Light refreshments will be provided.
