Jacaranda Stock Market Society Annual General Meeting

The Jacaranda Stock Market Society invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in person at Tall Tables in the International Students Lounge on [29 August 2025] from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The meeting will cover key society matters, including opening and welcome remarks, confirmation of apologies and leaves of absence, review of the previous meeting’s minutes and arising matters, presentation of annual reports, consideration of proposed constitutional amendments, election of executive positions, nomination of bank signatories, and setting the date for the next meeting. Executive positions open for nomination include President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and five General Executive Members. Nominations must be emailed to the Secretary at jren8388@uni.sydney.edu.au by 6:00 PM on 29th August 2025. We strongly encourage all members to attend, participate in discussions, and have their say in shaping the future of the society.
