4. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

· President

· Secretary

· Treasurer

· Vice President

If you are a member wanting to apply for a role, at the meeting you can self-nominate yourself, known as "nominating from the floor."

Following this all members will vote and the member with the highest number of votes will obtain that position, effective immediately.
