ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES
Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
Vice-President (Head Director)
Sponsorship Co-Ordinator
Vice-President (Co-Producer)

Nominations will be taken from the floor during the meeting.

Self-nominations for executive positions can be submitted before the meeting by emailing the President (Producer) at producer@sciencerevue.org. Submit apologies and a nomination address to be read in absentia if you cannot attend the meeting as well.

GENERAL BUSINESS
i) Moving show dates and theatre
— Following correspondence with USU Revues Coordinator, the Production Team intends to find an alternate venue + time for the show.
— The show was set to be 3 performances in the York Theatre of the Seymour Centre from 4–6 September.
— The Seymour Centre’s Reginald Theatre is preferred option.

ii) Discussion of production team roles + availabilities

iii) Discussion of constitutional amendments for AGM in October.
— Rearranging of Executive team (clause 4) vs. Production Team (clause 7)
— Evaluating minimum size of Production Team.
— Discussion will be open to the floor.
